All items are professionally packed and insured when shipping. In most cases if payment is received by 3pm EST, the item will be shipped that same business day.

US & Canada

We ship anywhere in the US and Canada, including Hawaii and Alaska, for FREE. Items are fully insured and shipped using UPS ground, Fed Ex ground or Fed Ex home delivery.
Items weighting over 150 pounds will be shipped with a Freight forwarder depending on your location to ensure a prompt and safe delivery.

International Shipping

We offer discount shipping worldwide. Rates and carriers will vary depending on the weight of the items and the destination. Please contact us for rates and shipping information to your location.

Returns

You have 30 days to return and ship the rug back from the time of receipt, for any reason, for a full refund.

• Return Shipping charges are paid by the customer.
• The rug pads are custom made and cut per the rug's size, therefore these are non refundable.
